At Blackburn, we understand that building your own home is a HUGE deal, and we always will treat it as such. Prioritizing that you are comfortable, informed, and pleased every step of the way through the process is essential to us and you.

Each of our current communities are different. At our Brooks Ranch location in Kyle, TX we have two model homes finished and several Specs going up, while at Retreat at Hero Way in Leander, we are currently building our models and Specs. In Oxford Commons in Oxford, MS, we have about half of our community already built up with an excellent design center. Each community and sales team prides themselves on their ability to provide top-tier customer service and thorough communication.  

While the growing housing market could make one believe that home building companies have lost their hospitality, we assure you that we have not. One of our sales consultants, Elaziel, spoke about the fact that people buying homes would just like answers and no games. Despite it becoming more difficult to get certain products and resources used to build a home, we will continue to be transparent with our customers—delivering the mostly good news along with any obstacles we face.  

   

 

With increased production, we have found that all construction folks are currently working overtime making it tougher to be extremely attentive in one’s work, but we are proud to say that our team has shown an outstanding level of diligence and dedication to every product we have built.
