The Blackburn Group is excited to announce the official start of a new and exciting mix-use retail and entertainment area coming to Oxford, MS. The Commons is sure to be a vibrant destination in Oxford providing excellent shopping, dining, recreation, and entertainment options. This premier location will include a music and outdoor entertainment venue, restaurants, retail and office space as well as a residential component.

Construction breaks ground next month on the dirt work for Phase 1 of the 3 phases of this project. Phase 1 will include the first two story building at 14,600 sq. ft of ground floor retail and offices and a second story space of equal size which will partially become the new corporate offices for The Blackburn Group. In addition, an exciting 6,000 sq. ft. free standing restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and rooftop seating, adjacent to the outdoor event space, is included in this section.
