Why Kyle, Texas Growth Is Great News for Brooks Ranch

Situated along the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio, two of the top economic centers in Texas, Kyle is poised to be the largest city in Hays County. The city’s population has multiplied seven times since 2000, jumping from 5,000 to just over 52,300 in 2020. Hays County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States and has become a popular suburban county in the Austin metro area with a total population of 230,191 people. The Kyle, Texas growth and the city’s ideal location are excellent indicators that the Brooks Ranch community and this Hill Country city have an exciting future ahead.
